Order & Payment

Order Process

1. Click “Add to cart” after you select your favorite design with quantities, language and other option (if any).

2. Click “Checkout” to continue the next process (please make sure you fill up all the necessary wedding details in the provided space).

3. To submit your order, please fill up your billing, shipping details in the space provided.

4. Go for Payment.

5. Place order (double check again to make sure the shipping address is correct. Please inform us as soon as possible if you find any error).

6. We’ll start to work out your digital proof with your submitted wedding details and send to you within 3-5 business days for your first review. Each round of revision will take another 1-3 business days, we help you revise up to four (4) rounds. Check carefully and tell us anything to revise.

7. Once we receive your approval by email, we’ll process the printing and quality control checks, which will take 1-2 weeks.

8. Lastly, your order will be shipped to you; it takes approximately 3-10 working days for shipping (please see shipping & delivery for the delivery frame of each locations). No worries, you’ll receive an additional email about order shipment and tracking number for your reference.

In total, please set aside 1-2 months for the entire lead time of your order.

Payment Terms

We’ll start the fabulous project for you after order is received.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and FPX.

All payments on this site are made through STRIPE. Please note that all transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by STRIPE and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

If your order has been posted, we’ll do our best to redirect it to the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this is possible. We may contact you to cover any additional re-shipping cost.
