Ordering
1. How do I order online? 
Step 1: Find the design you love.
Step 2: Select the envelope, language and quantity.
Step 3: Check out and fill in the details.
Step 4: Proceed to payment and place order.

2. How’s the design proofs and reviewing design process?
Digital proof/s will be emailed for approval within 7 -14 business days for your first review after receiving 50% down payment. Kindly review the proof carefully. Notes:Each round of revision will take 3 – 5 business days. Three (3) complimentary rounds of revision are included to perfect your stationery. Thereafter, a fee of RM50.00 is to be charged for each subsequent revision.

Payment Terms
1. What is your payment terms?
All payments on this site are made either through Paypal or via direct bank transfer. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay for your items using your credit card as a guest.Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

Printing & Printing Time
1. What is the printing time?
We take 14 – 30 business days to print the invitation and ship out. Before going to print a design proof will be sent to you to review and approve. If an unexpected delay is encountered our customer support team will notify you as soon as possible.

2. I’m running late with my invitations. Can I expect rush delivery from you?

3. When should I order my invitations?
Normally, you should mail the invitations to your guests two to three months before the wedding date. You need to mail out earlier to give enough time for your guest to “Save the date” and the R.S.V.P by the guests is usually three to four weeks before the wedding date.

4. Can I change the colours on my invitations?
Not really for online order! The changes only allowed on the wording(s) for all online order. But it’s possible for the colour change if you proceed to our showroom. There is be spoke and personalisation service available in the showroom. Visit us today!

5. Are envelopes included?
Yes. All of our invitations are include envelope. The paper of envelope is in premium shimmer type and the thickness is 120gsm.

Personalisation
1. Do you do personalised or customised design wedding invitation?
Yes, we do.

2. How does it work?
Should you have a particular wedding invitation design in mind that does not currently exist in our collection, you can email your design to us. Alternatively, you also can bring the invitation samples or photos to our showroom. Our consultant will discuss with you and provide you the price quote.
