What is the timeline for completely custom works?

The timeline for custom work is dependent on the complexity of your request and the time of year. Orders coming in during the peak season or complex projects will have a longer turnaround time. Our designer is happy to discuss the timeline with you during the initial consultation.

What is the cost of your custom design service?

Our custom design fees start at RM550. Design fees are charged in addition to the cost of your stationery, and will be non-refundable.

What if I don’t like the design?

Our custom design services include unlimited design rounds and we are happy to make revisions until it’s absolutely perfect. If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your order prior to approving the design for print, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the stationery, However, design fees are non-refundable.

Can you provide the artwork for me to print elsewhere?

The custom artwork can only be printed on Paperose products.

When do I have to pay the design fee?

After discussing the details with your dedicated designer, in addition to the cost of the custom stationery, the custom design fee will be due to start your order.
